DELIVERY POLICY

1. We shall dispatch all orders and purchases within 1 (One) to 2 (Two) business days of receipt of payment, stock dependent.
2. Happy Buy shall appoint a courier of its choice to attend to deliveries at your chosen address.
3. The precise number of days within which the goods will reach you depend on the courier, and we are therefore unable to guarantee a time frame, save to stipulate that the goods will leave our premises within 1 - 2 days of your purchase being completed.
4. In general, our couriers only make deliveries between 9h00 and 17h00, Monday to Friday. Should alternative arrangements need to be made by the courier, you will be contacted by them directly. No deliveries take place on weekends or South African public holidays.
5. The cost of courier shall be added to your purchase price at the time of checkout. Courier fees are dependent on the size and weight of the purchase, and the fee will therefore be calculated based on these factors.
6. All addresses provide for delivery of goods must be physical addresses, as we cannot deliver to a post box address. 
7. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the correct address is given for delivery, as we shall not accept liability where the incorrect address has been supplied by the purchaser. You warrant and confirm that the delivery address provided at the time the order is placed is correct. You further undertake to receive the goods personally or will, at your own risk, appoint a third party to accept delivery on your behalf. Happy Buy will not accept any responsibility in the event that the person who accepts the order at the address provided by you is not authorised to do so.
8. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the correct contact details are provided, should the courier require to contact the purchaser in regard to delivery.
9. Once your order has been dispatched, you will be provided with the tracking number, and may track the delivery, should you wish to do so.
