1. Happy Buy takes all necessary steps to ensure the outmost security for users making purchases on our website. 
2. Our website is hosted on a secure server. No data entered is transferred outside of the said server. 
3. We use Standard Bank of South Africa to process all card payments made on our website.
4. All card transactions are 3D-Secure authenticated and PCI DSS compliant, for your protection. Standard Bank furthermore utilizes Verified By Visa and Mastercard SecureCode to further guard against fraudulent transactions.
5. Your card information will not be stored on our website or server once the purchase has been completed.
6. By making a purchase on the website you warrant that you are fully authorised to use the credit or debit card / bank account supplied for purposes of paying for the goods. You also warrant that your card and/or account has sufficient available funds to cover all the costs incurred as a result of the purchases and services used on the Website.
7. If you suspect that a fraudulent transaction has occurred on our website, please notify us immediately in order to mitigate potential damages and loss. 
8. Payment can be made for goods via credit or debit cards, provided that such debit card has a CVV security code. In certain instances, we may require additional information in order to authorise and/or verify the validity of a payment. In such instances we reserve the right to withhold delivery until such time as the additional information is received by us and authorisation is obtained by us for the amounts in question. If we do not receive the appropriate authorisation, your order for the goods will be cancelled. 
9. Our website allows for use of SnapScan to facilitate payments. However, we do not accept responsibility for any errors which may occur as a result of the use of the service. Your purchase will only be effective once the funds clear into our bank account.
10. In the event that the purchaser elects to make payment by way of Electronic Funds Transfer (“EFT”), the purchase will only be effective once funds clear into our bank account. We shall not be liable if the EFT is made into the incorrect bank account, or for any delays in respect of funds landing in our account.
