RETURNS AND REFUNDS

1. You have 7 (seven) days to return your purchase from the date of delivery. 
2. All items returned should be unused, and should be in their original packaging, in a saleable condition. Upon receipt of the returned items we shall assess their condition and suitability for refund.
3. If any items are suitably returned as aforesaid, you will receive a refund within 14 (fourteen) days, less applicable delivery charges.
4. The onus is on the purchaser to ensure that items being returned are packaged suitably for the courier and are not damaged in transit.
5. In the unlikely event that any goods received are found to be damaged or defective, the said goods should be returned to us within 7 (seven) days. We shall then assess the goods to establish if you qualify for a refund.
6. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of cosmetics, make-up brushes, or nail care tools, unless they are sealed in their original packaging. 
7. Should you qualify for a refund, you will be refunded within 14 (fourteen) days, less applicable delivery charges. 
8. We reserve the right, in our discretion, to deduct any further amounts from your refund to cover any costs that may be incurred as a result of the refund, including, but not limited to, the cost of repackaging the returned items, the cost of restoring the items to a re-saleable condition.
9. The purchaser shall be liable for the courier and/or shipping costs in respect of any returns made. It is furthermore the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the goods being returned reach us timeously, as stipulated above, and the purchaser should ensure that suitable arrangements are made with the courier in this regard.
