How do I change shipping address?

When placing an order, you may enter separate billing and delivery addresses. The order will be delivered to the address indicated. All addresses provide for delivery of goods must be physical addresses, as we cannot deliver to a post box address. It is purchasers’ responsibility to provide accurate delivery address, change of address is free before delivery, please contact the customer service to assist. After dispatch, change of address will be charged additional fees by the Courier Guy, it will be paid by purchasers before been delivered to the new address. 

Has my order been shipped out yet?

We shall dispatch all orders and purchases within 3 (three) to 5 (five) business days of receipt of payment, stock dependent.

When can I receive my order?

Delivery times will depend on the area you are in, with the exceptions of outline areas could take extra day or two. To check the outlined areas please contact the Courier Guy.  Shipments usually take 1(one)-2(two) business days upon order confirmation.

All transactions and payments are processed in The South African Rand (ZAR).

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express. We also accept EFT ,once we confirm the payments, we will do the delivery . All payments made on https://happybuy.co.za/ are secure, making use of the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available) - and we do not store any of your payment information.

Can i change or cancel my order?

if the parcel has sent out ,we will charge the delivery fees, if the parcel is still in our warehouse ,we will charge a 5% product handling fee.

Will I Be Able to Track My Shipment?

You can track your order through the Courier Guy.

What do I do if I did not receive my order in promised shipping period?

Track your order with the Courier Guy, for alternative result please contact our customer service team.  

How do I return or exchange products?

Please contact us, our customer support team will be able to assist you, the said goods should be returned to us within 7 (seven) days. Please note, with all returns and exchange, the purchaser will be responsible for the courier fees. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of cosmetics, make-up brushes, or nail care tools, unless they are sealed in their original packaging.

When can I receive my refund?

Should you qualify for a refund, you will be refunded within 14 (fourteen) days, less applicable delivery charges.

What are the shipping charges I will incur?

The shipping charges are given at the time of checkout, depends on the address provided might be differ, and purchaser will know about it before making the payment.
